Md. Azmir Ibne Islam is an Advisor in Trivial Solutions. He is a Senior Lecturer, Department of Mathematics and Natural Sciences at Brac University, Bangladesh. 

His area of expertise is in Dynamical Systems, with a specific focus on Mathematical Modelling and Optimal Control Theory. Md. Azmir Ibne Islam is experienced in complex computational stuff and is currently working on modeling emerging disease dynamics.

Currently, Azmir  is pursuing his PhD in Mathematics  at the University of Auckland And joined as an advisor of Trivial Solutions. As it is important to update us with the latest advancement of Science, Mathematics and Technology,  he is   filling  the gap  between the local and the Global context of knowledge and information.  He actively verifies the works  of the organization and deals with external experts. He is also connected to other universities in New Zealand and some Russell Group Universities in the United Kingdom.

Arindam is an early-stage researcher in Applied Mathematics, working as a research assistant at Khulna University. His research interests are Applied Dynamical Systems, Mathematical Modelling, Optimal Control, Pattern Formation, Signal Processing, Symbolic Machine Learning etc. 

He is a Mathematics author and Science and Technology activist in Bangladesh. He is experienced with Wireless networking and automation with special focus to decentralization,  Bandwid and other resource optimization  and network data storage.

He founded Trivial solutions in the year of 2018 as a  non profit training and consultation  organization and continued till 2020. During the COVID-19  pandemic situation, Arindam  co-founded a network startup with two other of his friends  and  currently he is serving as system engineer for that organization connecting more than 500 people in a rural area and  ensuring quality internet connectivity. 

In December 2023, Arindam  reinitiated  Trivial Solutions and elaborated the service areas with an effective team by connecting International Scholars to a group of young, motivated and skilled  talents. The members are  experienced with research and development in different areas of science technology and mathematics.

Mahmud Hossain Sowrov is currently working as the Director of Operations at Trivial Solutions. He is a proficient administor in providing unparralleled one-stop solutions for complex administrative decisions and challenges . Previously, worked as an Administrative Officer at Bismillah Properties, he has a proven track record of successfully managing a diverse range of administrative duties and responsibilities. As the Director of Operations, Sowrov is accountable for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing and maintaining critical records, and ensuring meticulous compliance with company policies and procedures. Moreover, he is adroit at meticulously managing schedules and calendars, coordinating meetings and events, and collaborating with external vendors and clients with the utmost diligence. 

With an academic background in Development Studies from the Khulna University, Mahmud Hossain Sowrov has been part of social research and evaluation studies in the areas of Humanitarian Response, WASH, Livelihood Assesment etc. He has coordinated conducting on-site data collection through In-depth Interview (IDI) Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), KII and Case study with respondents, local government representatives and other relevant stakeholders and data analysis in these projects. 

With a deep mathematical, statistical, and business understanding, Muhymenul works as a Professional SEO Consultant. He creates Topical Authority and Semantic SEO leveraging entity-based contextual search in terms of data science and machine learning.

His multi-disciplinary studies lets him understand different consumer entity: finds out the risks and opportunities and come up with all the high-end possibilities one can achieve off of any project.

In Trivial Solutions, apart from solving some Machine Learning, Data Science, and related problems, Muhymenul helps the A team in portraying the problem out with enough information, be it an individual project or agency related task, so that the team can come up with the best solution that satisfies one's projection.
